ROBOT Expedition Prague–Osaka: A Watch with a Mission

On June 21, we set off from Prague on an extraordinary journey to Osaka.
Seven iconic vintage cars, seven determined crews, 16,000 kilometers across continents — all united by a single goal: to reach the EXPO 2025 World Exhibition in Osaka, Japan. The expedition is led by Josef Zajíček, and ROBOT is proud to be an official partner.

This mission brings together time, meaningful moments, friendship, peace, and the art of Czech craftsmanship. To mark the occasion, we’ve created a special timepiece:

ROBOT Expedition Prague–Osaka

Based on the ROBOT Aplos collection, this model features a 39 mm stainless steel case, a La Joux-Perret mechanical movement with a 65-hour power reserve.
The caseback is engraved with Prague to Osaka — a quiet tribute to the journey. The dial reflects a sense of motion and purpose, with vintage car silhouettes evoking the spirit of adventure
