Warranty
The standard warranty for manufacturing and hidden defects covers a period of 3 years from the date of purchase. Your warranty will be extended by an additional 2 years if you entrust your watch to our experts for a service inspection during the last year of the standard warranty period, ensuring that your timepiece remains in perfect condition.
WARRANTY AND OUT-OF-WARRANTY SERVICE
If your watch shows signs of malfunction or the deviation in the accuracy of its mechanical caliber is greater than specified, it should be serviced and repaired by our experts. ROBOT watches come with a five-year warranty, covering all manufacturing and hidden defects. During this period, we will repair your watch free of charge. To maintain this warranty, we require that your watch undergoes a standard inspection at our service center by the time of your 3rd year of ownership.
Even after the five-year warranty period expires, we will continue to care for your watch. Out-of-warranty repairs will be conducted at your expense. Please note that regular servicing and repairs due to damage or malfunction caused by improper use are always charged, even within the warranty period.
The extent and cost of repairs vary depending on the model and the degree of damage. A detailed price estimate will be provided on a case-by-case basis before any work is done. Pricing is based on the hourly rate for the watchmaker’s labor and the cost of any necessary spare parts.
If you suspect that something is wrong with your watch, don’t hesitate to contact us. We will always take care of it with the utmost attention.
The warranty does not cover:

- Accuracy Deviation: Variations in accuracy that fall within the manufacturer’s specified tolerance for the movement.

- Improper Mounting: ROBOT watches are designed to be worn on the wrist. Mounting the watch on vibrating objects like a bicycle frame or car dashboard, resulting in damage, is not covered by the warranty.
